About Roy French
Roy French is a screenplay writer and novelist, well known for writing thrillers that are best described as "a wild ride". An Irish lad, Roy has lived in Canada for 20 years and visits 'home' often. His first published novel A SENSE OF HONOR (now RAVEN’S HONOR) was Runner up Arthur Ellis Award, Best First Novel (1992)..
Readers of Roy French books will note that some of Roy's novels have been re-branded with new titles and covers to reflect two cohesive series, The Raven Series and The Kelly Series.
Roy is also a screenplay writer; most recently of the buddy film entitled THE BOYS ARE BACK, a new project currently in development. For more information, click Screenplay.

About the The Raven Series
This series is about a strapping man named Daniel Riordan a.k.a. David Spence a.k.a. the Raven who has a strong sense of honor. Long ago, the chain of events that unfolded during the troubles of Northern Ireland caught him up and he was forced to make terrible decisions. Years later, the ghost of his past as a notorious paramilitary enforcer, the Raven, haunts him and we follow him as he struggles to do the right thing in the fight for good against evil.

About the The Kelly Series
This series is about a Vietnam vet named Patrick Kelly, a second generation Irishman whose grandfather was brutally murdered by the British during the uprising in 1912.
Having been raised by his grandmother when his parents were killed in a car crash he is indoctrinated by her prejudices and when the IRA look to the US for assistance, he agrees to help to bring some semblance of closure for his grandmother.
